The film Skyfall is due to have its premiere on 23 October 2012. It features Daniel Craig’s third performance as James Bond and Javier Bardem as Raoul Silva, the film’s villain.

Adele described the recording of the theme as “one of the prouded moments of [her] life”. The song itself was recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London.
“Skyfall”, also knows as “Let the Sky Fall”, is set to be released on October 5, 2012, as part of the “James Bond Day” celebrations by Eon Productions - the day marks the fiftieth anniversary of the first Bond film, “Dr. No.”
