The song was released on June 23, 2009.
“Radar” incorporate influences of electropop, synthpop, and dance.
The music video was shot on May 27 and 28, 2009 at the Bacara Resort & Spa just north of Santa Barbara, California and it was directed by Dave Meyers.

The best song on Blackout, good thing they re-released it for Circus. This song was number one in the Philippines even before Circus.
Britney is in her prettiest since her meltdown on the video.
