Delinquent Feat Kcat - My Destiny Lyrics

Don’t need to think to hard,
About what to say to you,
Words come so easily,
Because what I say is the truth,
You don’t need to worry about me,
I don’t need nothing but you and you know it,
baby, I would give you anything

Feels like you was someone I knew
Could have sworn we met before
Feels like in the past that history
Maybe your just my destiny

Feels like you was someone i knew
Could have sworn we met before
Feels like in the past that history
Maybe your just my destiny

Theres no one else I know that knows me better then you
Got an effect on me change me for the good
If I had never met you the way I feel I would not know how to show it
You brought out the best in me

Feels like you was someone I knew
Could have sworn we met before
Feels like in the past that history
Maybe your just my destiny

Feels like you was someone I knew
Could have sworn we met before
Feels like in the past that history
Maybe your just my destiny

Your giving me more then I could ever dream
Your inspirational to me your my destiny we are meant to be

Feels like you was someone I knew
Could have sworn we met before
Feels like in the past that history
Maybe your just my destiny

Feels like you was someone I knew
Could have sworn we met before
Feels like in the past that history
Maybe your just my destiny

Delinquent Feat Kcat - My Destiny review

Some may say it never went away but, after several years in the commercial wilderness, it looks like UK Garage is well and truly back on the radar. The pitched-up R&B vocals, the Four to the Floor shuffle beats and speaker busting “wub-wub” trademark bassline… they’re all present on “My Destiny”, the new track by London-based producers Delinquent. Though probably a new name to many, Delinquent have been one of the figureheads of the “Bassline Garage” scene that helped spawn T2’s massive chart hit “Heartbroken” and have already remixed for the likes of Usher, Ciara and J Holiday. The charms of “My Destiny” are obvious and reminiscent of what made UK garage so popular in the late 90’s: easy to groove to beats, sing-a-long female-friendly lyrics and bassline driven melody that is hard to ignore. Don’t be surprised if 2008 is the year that generic Funky House gets elbowed out of inner-city dance floors in favour of a more urban UKG sound, especially with tracks by H Two O and T2 still riding high in our tag charts.
