It was released on iTunes April 24th, 2008, a day after the group was put together in the season finale of the reality television show Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious.
The music video premiered on April 23, 2008 following the season finale.
The video features Girlicious in a boxing arena dancing. It also features music producer Jazze Pha.

Omg i absolutly love Nichole, Natalie and Chrystina, but Tiffanie is like pretty much totally different , i dont thing she fits in with da group at all. and i agree, she does really scream/yell instead of sings. SHE REALLY DOES. BUT i think that all these girls are hot and really deserve what they are gettting. And for your information… nichole IS the leader of this group. Didnt you watch the finale?? I cant believe Charlye’s not in the group. Damn ho! Why couldnt Antin have made it into a give girl group, then Tiffanie would have someone to fit in with. But apart from that, is Charlye credited in this song or Christina the one who sings the next verse, after Christina sings, “to get on my level…”. Everything is hot in girlicious from the video,the vocals, the girls, the outfits and the song!! Video and song is hot for first time round!!I think they will go far! They have my support totally getting the album when released in july!! All of them deserve to be there they all have talant! Maybe Robin decided to produce another girl band excactly the same as PCD as PCD havent been around 4 ages! Ovo there be simularities 2 PCD as they were produced by the PCD creator!! Natalie should not have made it, her diva attitude sucks and she seems to of had Robin and the judge pannel wrapped around her finger since her granny died, she used that to her advantage, oh yeah and her singing could be louder, Chrystina looks to wanna be beyonce like and cant give fluent interviews, she bumbles around and says “you know what I mean” how many times, and Charlye should have made it in, she’s better with the camera than natalie could dream.
