“Call the Shots” is the seventeenth single by the British girl group Girls Aloud, and the second to be taken from their fourth studio album Tangled Up. The single will be released on November 26, 2007. It was originally C-Listed on Radio 1 after being added on 31 October 2007, but rose to the B-List a week later on 7 November 2007.
Yet another amazing song from the girls ! The pace has been slowed down from the fast paced- sexy! no no no and shows off their voices beautifully. This is a sure Top 3 hit and you won’t be able to get it out your head ! Enjoy ! :)
The video was filmed in Malibu, California, and features the girls in purple dresses performing on Malibu Beach at night with flames surrounding them. The girls are also shown in different locations, with Cheryl looking out of a window, Kimberley putting make-up on, Nadine on her couch, Nicola by a swimming pool and Sarah watching her boyfriend in the shower.
The video was directed by Sean de Sparengo, who previously directed Take That’s video for “I’d Wait for Life”.
