The Blueprint 3 is the eleventh studio album by American hip hop rapper Jay-Z, released September 8, 2009 in the United States. Its UK and international release will follow on September 14.
It is the final installment in The Blueprint trilogy, preceded by the critically acclaimed “The Blueprint” (2001) and its follow-up “The Blueprint²: The Gift & The Curse” (2002).
Six years and three albums since his supposed retirement from the music business comes this eleventh studio effort from multi-media mogul Shawn “Jigga” Carter. Like the other two ‘Blueprint’ albums, it has a modern, pop-oriented feel. Beat, lyrics, substance what more can you ask for.
