The track was written by Bieber with Christopher “Tricky” Stewart and Terius “The-Dream” Nash” who worked with Bieber on “One Time” and also by R&B singer Christina Milian and rapper Ludacris.
It was available for digital download on on January 18, 2010.
The music video was filmed at Universal CityWalk by director Ray Kay and premiered exclusively on VEVO on Friday, February 19, 2010.
