Good song ! They sound good together, I like this collaboration.
Some may say that the song was fine just the way it was and Beyonce killed it, but I think she brought some soul to the song,

“Until the End of Time” is a pop/R&B song written by Justin Timberlake, Tim Mosley, and Nate Hills and is the first single from the deluxe edition of his studio album FutureSex/LoveSounds.
Although the song has not been officially released yet, it currently receives heavy radio airplay on Mainstream Urban stations. The Benjamin Wright Orchestra also appears on the song.

The official date was June 5, 2007 for mainstream urban radio. The single version of the song featuring Beyonce Knowles debuted on US radio on September 26, 2007 and the official single release will be on November 13, 2007.

The song has achieved high success on urban and rhythmic U.S. radio stations, and has become Timberlake’s second top-five single on the U.S. Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, so far reaching number three. Because of high airplay the song has been able to chart as high as number 24 so far on the Billboard Hot 100, with little help from digital sales, and no music video. The song became the sixth U.S. top 40 hit from the FutureSex/LoveSounds album.

This is the first time a solo male artist has achieved this since Michael Jackson’s Dangerous singles from 1991-93. The song is now listed as “Justin Timberlake duet with Beyonce” due to the duet version’s airplay overtaking the original.
