Paranoid is the fourth single by rapper Kanye West from his fourth studio album, 808s & Heartbreak.
The song is written by Kanye West and features Mr Hudson, an artist signed to West’s GOOD Music record label. It also features backup vocals from GOOD Music artist Kid Cudi, who also had a hand in writing the song.
The single was sent to radio stations on March 21, 2009 shortly after the release of the album’s third single, Amazing. It peaked at #61 on U.S. Billboard Pop 100.

The music video for “Paranoid” was directed by Nabil Elderkin and along with “Amazing,” filmed in Hawaii and features Barbadian singer Rihanna.
West said the following about collaborating with Rihanna: “Yep, she’s my Paranoid girl in the video. She’s an amazing talent though. Collaborating with her is always a pleasure!”
