actually the line that is missing (I’m almost positive) is “the kid he loved pain”
oh wow, after listening to the song just a couple more times a little more closely, i’d have to say i was wrong on my first comment, and that the missing line is actually “the killing of pain”
and it certainly makes a lot more sense! ha

Eileen is right with - consumed with whats to transpire, but i believe the other lyric is actually “the killing of pain”

“Kiddie like play” is correct - it’s what the lyric sheet of the CD says. And so is “consumed with what’s to transpire”

Eileen and Nick are right. Please correct this, the words that are up don’t even make any sense and it is super annoying that they have been there for so long.
