Linkin Park - Papercut Song Info

Papercut was released in 2001 as a single. The song is a thesis of someone always looking out for him/herself, and warning others that they are also paranoid.

The video shows the band in a haunted house. They are playing in a dimly lit room with an unnerving picture behind the group that resembles the baby on the cover of the Xero tape. This was painted by Mike Shinoda the night before the video was shot.

The music video was co-directed by Nathan “Karma” Cox and LP’s turntablist Joseph Hahn (who also directed the videos for “Pts.Of.Athrty” and “In The End”). It was not released for the US.
