Mary J Blige - Just Fine Lyrics
You know I love music
And every time I hear something hot
It makes me wanna move
It makes me wanna have fun
But it’s something about this joint right here
This joint right here
Its makes me wanna…..Woooh
Let it go……
Can’t let this thing called love get away from you
Feel free right now, going do what you want to do
Can’t let nobody take it away, from you, from me, from we
No time for moping around, are you kidding?
And no time for negative vibes, cause I’m winning
It’s been a long week, I put in my hardest
Gonna live my life, feels so good to get it right
So I like what I see when I’m looking at me
When I’m walking past the mirror
No stress through the night, at a time in my life
Ain’t worried about if you feel it
Got my head on straight, I got my mind right
I aint gonna let you kill it
You see I wouldn’t change my life, my life’s just…..
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Just fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
You see I wouldn’t change my life, my life’s just fine
Feels so good, when you’re doing all the things that you want to do
Get the best out of life, treat yourself to something new
Keep your head up high
In yourself, believe in you, believe in me
Having a really good time, I’m not complaining
And I’m a still wear a smile if it raining
I got to enjoy myself regardless
I appreciate life, I’m so glad I got mine
So I like what I see when I’m looking at me
When I’m walking past the mirror
Aint worried about you and what you gonna do
I’m a lady so I must stay classy
Got to keep it hot, keep it together
If I want to get better
You see I wouldn’t change my life, my life’s just…..
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Just fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
You see I won’t change my life, my life’s just fine
I aint gon’ let nothing get in my way
(I ain’t gone let nobody bring me down, no, no, no)
No matter what nobody has to say
(No way, no way, no way)
I ain’t gon’ let nothing get in my way
No matter what nobody has to say
Feels so good, when you’re doing all the things that you want to do
Get the best out of life, treat yourself to something new
It’s a really good thing to say
That I won’t change my life, my life’s just fine
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Just fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
You see I won’t change my life, my life’s just fine
So I like what I see when I’m looking at me
When I’m walking past the mirror
No stress through the night, at a time in my life
Ain’t worried about if you feel it
Got my head on straight, I got my mind right
I ain’t gonna let you kill it
You see I wouldn’t change my life, my life’s just…..
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
Just fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, ooooh
You see I wouldn’t change my life, my life’s just fine

“That song was written based on me having a good day,” Blige explained. “You know, I can have 30 or 40 bad days. I can have as many bad days as anyone. But I choose to say, ‘I’m just fine.’ Right now. You know those days when your hair looks good, you’re not sitting in traffic, your man’s not acting like an idiot. You’re just fine. So it’s OK to have those days. So instead of coming with something ungrateful to the universe, how about I come with something first that’s says, ‘You know what? It’s OK. Enjoy this day if you’re having a great day.’ “

Thank you so much for this. It was a gift to me at a time when this song needs to be my mantra to get me through it all. And it will be, and so will I. I’m just fine. Thanks again for spreading the JOY. Do you what you do; it really means something. Somebody out here needs you to.
Love,
Gigi

It’s a really good thing to say That I won’t change my life My life’s just fine.
Let’s sing it with Mary, everyone struggling or having really good day. It doesn’t matter as long as you are in peace with yourself.
That song found me the time of need. Thank you Mary J Blige!

I try not to get too caught up in a song before I start to lose interest. But this one’s a keeper in my song collection for years to come. Thank you to Mary’s talent, vibe, freshness and the talented writers for this song. I interpret this song as an example for any woman starting her day right. She can feel and think for herself.

This song spoke out loud what I was feeling about myself. I do like what I see when I look at me in the mirror and I’m not going to let anyone pull me down with a negitive vibe but I will celebate my life each day even if it’s raining. I really hope other women grab hold to this positive message about us and begin to feel good about themselves regardless of their dress size & celebrate their gifts, talents, and individual beauty. Mary has been through some trails and has a strong testimony to share with us all as we have witnessed thru the many faces of her music. where she’s at right now is no doubt on the otherside of the bridge where trails still come forward but she now has the strength, knowledge and support to face anything that comes her way.

I can agree with the other people and this song spoke to me like a precher will be preaching to the people and this song turned my life around and i will love for songs like this to come out to tell people that they should tell themselves that they shouldn’t let no one break them down and they should live just fine.
