this song is just orgasmic. maxwell is blessed and he never dissapoints. the voice and music are in sync and you know waht , i love his new look as well. ooh! maxwell is a sterling artist in his own right. i like the way he pronounces ” wings” in the chorus. he is indeed unique! id give the song a 12/10

When I first heard this song I was like this is so beautiful, I almost cried listening to the lyrics. I am not a big maxwell fan. My friend loves Maxwell, her Maxwell CD is the only music she plays in her car, and I must say very LOUD! Kudos, to Pretty Wings.

Beautiful, the lyrics touch my heart. This is good music. Music that touches the soul causes you to come to terms with how and why things come to an end. Its true someone has to lead and leave and live so that you both can live. Then we are “Free to fly our Pretty Wangs Around.”

even at 16 i know good music and i absolutely LOVE this song. I am so glad to hear Maxwell back and making beautiful music. I grew up on this woman’s work, fortunate, and lifetime. Maxwell is such a beautiful singer.

Wow. Like several others, I am not a big Maxwell fan, but, this right here–Pretty Wings, how on time for me. You have to know when to hold em’ and when to fold em’ Twenty-seven years of marriage–I’m leaving, I’m leading, I should have showed him better….

wow…ima guy but never have i felt that a song was so tailored and personal to what i see in my everyday life…maxwell is a genuwine artist, love speaks truth here! not hoes and sex, not always the easiest decisions, but love in its mythic ways define everyone individually in a co-existing, beautifully rendered world. I do believe that maxwel is just gifted not only with word but alos with the melodies, this song has captivated me and i can not get it out of my mind . it is just too beautifull, short but profound and any one who came out of a bad relation can actually relate to the song and anyone who is in a relation will knwow how to appreciate his/her partner better. I love the song , I love it to much , i just hope that maxu could just sing it to moi.
