I think this song is quite amazing, the lyrics do have lots of truth in and i think most people can relate to this song in some way.
‘The Heart Never Lies’ sees the band release a contemporary rock ballad for the first time in their career and demonstrates the band’s continual evolution. The track was recorded in London with producers Jason Perry (formerly of rock band A) and Julian Emery, and mixed in Miami by 3-time Grammy award winner Tom Lord-Alge.
The new video it’s so different from the ones they did in the past, it rocks !

YOU have gotta hand it to McFly; without anyone even realising, their sound has really matured. Jellyfish cover and their very own Transylvania hinted at how good they could be and this excellent rock ballad takes them one step further.
Sweeping, epic and mature this is exactly the sort of song they need to launch a best of album, as it highlights career progression.
