When I Look at You is the second single by Miley Cyrus, from her first EP entitled “The Time of Our Lives”.
The song will be released in correlation to Cyrus’ forthcoming movie, “The Last Song” and will be featured on its soundtrack. Adam Shankman, the film’s producer, confirmed it would be released as a single and directed its music video. Shankman tweeted that the music video would be released sometime during October 2009.
