“That Green Gentleman (Things Have Changed)” is the second single from the sophomore album by Panic at the Disco, Pretty. Odd.

The video was recorded as part of a deal with Nokia, a deal comparable to that of Fall Out Boy’s “Thnks fr th Mmrs” video.
The video is to be released 2-3 weeks after the album’s release date, according to Walker in a recent interview.
