Excellent single, best so far, and the video is cool he has got some wicked moves.
But a small advice, lose the chipmunk voice from now on, you got the talent, you don’t need the sound effects.

“If That’s OK With You” is a song written by Savan Kotecha, Arnthor Birgisson and Max Martin for The X Factor winner Shayne Ward. It was released as his fourth single, a double A-side with “No U Hang Up”.
The single was due to be released on 19 August 2007 but was pushed back until 24 September. It is the first song taken from his second album, which is due for release in autumn 2007.

Shayne Ward - If That’s OK With You Single Review

Since the release of his No.1 selling debut album and huge UK success, Shayne Ward has gone global.
His eponymous album topped the charts at No.1 in no less than nine countries globally, selling in excess of two million records worldwide.

‘No U Hang Up’ is a laid-back cool RnB groove and ‘If That’s OK With You’ is a feel good, uptempo pop-reggae track combined, they provide the perfect soundtrack to the summer.

About the lyrics/song words

It’s all about Shayne wanting to show his girlfriend how much he loves her and make her feel special. As long as it’s OK with her, of course.

“I’m gonna make you feel like you are heaven on earth. I’m gonna thank your mother just for giving you birth,” he sings, adding, “If that’s OK with you” several times throughout the song. We get it, Shayne, you’re a polite young fella.
