I don’t get this video or this song. The lyrics help but only to an extent. What’s this song about?

From what i can work out its actually to do with electricity (220 volts european standard mains voltage) and the “little rabbits” bit which seems to be the literal translation but a metaphor for sparks or light flashes on the wall (sun bunnies) which would fit with the electricity theme??
