Black Balloon is the lead single by indie rock band, The Kills, from their third album Midnight Boom, which was released in March 2008 through Domino Records.
Jamie Hince and Alison Mosshart start tour in March, they will be visiting Germany, Australia and then going on to play 22 dates in America.
The band are to release a new EP ‘Black Balloon’ on March 23, 2009, coinciding with their upcoming tour dates.
The video for Black Balloon was directed by Kenneth Capello, in the words of the band’s label, is “an art piece incorporating exclusive backstage and tour footage of the band shot on Super 8.”
