I’m Already There is a track by Irish pop band Westlife, from their ninth studio album, Back Home.

While not officially a single, it entered unprecedentedly in UK download chart at #74 and peaks at #54 after “The Westlife Show” in December 2007, it entered again at #63 in December 2008.
The original song was released as a single by American country music band Lonestar in 2001.

This is a really good song, the lyrics are so touching, it’s beautiful.
