“To Lose My Life” is a forthcoming single by London alternative post-punk indie band White Lies, from their debut album of the same name.
The song will be released on 12 January 2009, one week before the release of the band’s “To Lose My Life” album.
The single was recorded during one of the band’s album sessions which took place between May and September 2008.
It’s a long way to wait, but White Lies are so eager for fans to hear the track they’ve release the video almost two months early.
The video for the single was directed by Andreas Nilsson, who directed the video for the band’s previous single “Death“.
